Overview
The Annex is located adjacent to the 1910 Building (Town Offices). It is available for use by advance reservation for events and gatherings.

No kitchen facilities
There are no kitchen facilities in the Annex. The refrigerator is dedicated for another purpose and is not available for public use.

Fee Schedule
Resident $120.00 | Non-Resident $180.00

Requests for fee waivers should be sent to FacilitiesandRec@wnewbury.org. 

All requests for fee waivers are considered by the
Select Board at a posted public meeting.
