CIT's are expected to be kind, inclusive, safe and respectful to other participants, Rec CIT's and staff. If not, the below protocol will be followed:
1. Warning from a staff member
2. Take a break/space
3. Meet and talk with assistant director or director
4. Phone call home to parent to come pick up
5. If repeated, the child will be asked not to return to Summer Rec
Cost:
$160 per week with the exception of week 3, which has a reduced rate of $130 for the 4-day week. Price includes a non-refundable $25 registration fee. A 50% deposit will be required at time of sign up to hold your spot(s). If you have not paid your despot, the participant is NOT registered. If for any reason an enrolled child cannot come for a week that they have already paid for, the registration fee will not be refunded. Full payment is due the MONDAY before the start of the next session. For example, full payment for the first session, June 17-June 21, is due on Monday, June 10. If payment is not received, your spot(s) will be forfeited. Price includes t-shirt and field trip. There is a 10% discount for each additional family member that is signed up within the same session.
